I’m watching my son play Forza 7 (I think? Hopefully Santa got it right). He has a Plymouth GTX and says “we should get a GTX and put a Demon engine it”

FYI: Blocking off the top vents of the Xbox is a bad idea. The cooling system exhausts out the top and blocking it is going to eventually cause the system to fail.

Luckily it’s like 12 degrees in our basement now, but I’ll be sure to fix that before summer :)

Blocking off the exhaust or the intakes is going to cause it to overheat and start to do long term damage. The processor puts out a lot of heat and requires the airflow in the sides and out the top to stay cool. Block the exhaust or the intakes and you cut the cooling down to basically nothing. Keep running it like that and one day it is just going to turn off and never turn back on.
